Ela Family Farms is a forth generation family farm. Their fruit is mountain grown near Hotchkiss, Colorado and is harvested at the peak of perfection.
What do they grow? Peaches, pears, apples, sweet cherries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and plums. They also make their own jams, apple sauces, and fruit butters.

The First Fruit Organic Farms are owned and operated by brothers Kris and Kevin Kropp. The Kropps decided to try organic farming with the inherent belief that the environment would be healthier for their children. Weeds were a major problem because they were using no chemical herbicides, but the fruits they produce are still some of the best around.
What do they grow? Apples- Gala, Honeycrisp, Jonagold, Jonathan, Golden, Suncrisp, Empire, Rome, Fuji, Winesap, Goldrush & Granny Smith; Peaches- Red Globe, Red Haven, Elberta, Suncrest, Summer Lady and more; Sweet cherries; Apricots; and Pears- Bartlett, Red Bartlett, Anjou & Bosc.

Green Earth Farm produces a wide variety of vegetables, medicinal and culinary herbs, herbal tinctures and natural body care products. Jim Hammond grows certified organic mushrooms on 10 acres in Larimer County. Grown indoors, we are lucky to have his delicious mushrooms available all year long.
What do they grow? Shitake, portabella, crimini, lions mane and oyster mushrooms.

Morales Farms
(Granby, Colorado)
High in the Rockies, Carol and Joe Morales have been farming their land in Granby that has been a Morales Family Farm since 1943. We are currently working with Joe and Carol to get part of their land certified organic by the Colorado Department of Agriculture. The Morales' have been using sustainable growing techniques for a number of years and we are together learning the difficulties of organically certifying their land.
We are very excited to work with the Morales' through this organic certification and look forward to sharing the results!
We are not currently selling their product as we look into their growing techniques.
What do they grow? Herbs (many varieties), Chard (Green, Red, Rainbow), Kale, Lettuce, Sweet Peas, Snow Peas, Squash (Yellow, Zucchini), Red Raspberries, Gooseberries and much more to come!

Big B's Fabulous Juices

Big B's is a family owned business located in the North Fork Valley of Colorado. They have been pressing ciders and juices for over 20 years now. Their fresh cider is only available seasonally from about September through January, and their wonderful juices are available all year long. All of the apple, pears, apricots, and cherries in these juices were grown in Colorado by a collective of organic fruit farmers.
What do they juice? Apple Cider and the following apple juice combinations: Apple, Pear, Apricot, Cherry, Spearmint, Spiced, and Ginger.

They use organic agricultural practices such as crop rotation and cover cropping to improve soil fertility and to control weeds and pests. Their growers produce their own compost, rich in nutrients, then add it to the soil to create a healthy harvest. Significant attention and
concern is given to the cultivation of New Harvest Organics' produce. They feel the effort is well worth the food safety assurance and the sustainability of the land.
